Complete 4G T-Belt Transmission with centrifugal clutch for Honda engines or old Huasheng without factory clutch (5/8" keyed shaft clutch). Clutch is included in this kit.

Installed this transmission on my bike and am now very happy with it. Initially the supplied clutch failed and fell apart however Bicycle-Engines.com promptly shipped me a new clutch and the transmission has worked perfectly since then. I'm sure it was a factory defect as this transmission has a very good reputation in the marketplace. I'm very impressed with the customer support Bicycle-Engines has provided.

I am using the honda/Honda clone 4G gear box. I'm very happy with the gearbox. However I might add that the Honda and the Hausheng 4G gear boxes are quite different which is not evident when looking at the ads for the 4G . In a nut shell the honda/honda clone 4G is the higher priced 4G gearbox that comes with the centrifical clutch it is thinner and has no clutch bell housing bearings[uses a bushing]. The Hausheng 4G unit is less expensive,Uses bearings in the clutch bell housing,is wider than the Honda 4G unit. The Honda clone engine is a HS[Hausheng] 142F with a 5/8" shaft . The HS [hausheng] 142 CC is not a honda clone and is quite different from the HS142F. The CC stands for centrifical clutch and comes already mounted and part of the HS 142 CC This engine has a short tapered drive shaft
