- Engines and kits containing engines: Strict NO RETURN POLICY unless defective.
- Complete bicycles: Strict NO RETURN POLICY unless defective.
- Defective parts will be replaced free of charge upon proof of defect.
- All engine kits and parts include a 30‑day manufacturer warranty and a limited 6‑month extended warranty.
- Products damaged by neglect, abuse, or improper installation are not covered.
- Refunds, when granted, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
