The frame comes engine-ready and is compatible with most standard bicycle engine kits. The pre-installed 36-tooth rear drive sprocket helps simplify installation, allowing builders to spend less time sourcing parts and more time enjoying their finished ride.

Engine Kit Compatibility: Due to the unique chopper-style frame geometry, certain high-performance engine kits may experience exhaust clearance issues when using their included stock exhaust systems. The stock exhaust pipes included with the Phantom 85 V3, Phantom 85 Wraith, and Iron Maiden 70 engine kits may interfere with pedal clearance on the Brigand frame. Builders have reported success using the ZTX65 expansion chamber exhaust with Phantom engine kits on the Brigand, however fitment has not been fully verified and cannot be guaranteed. Alternative exhaust systems or modifications may be required when using these specific engine kits.
