40mm High Performance Aluminum CNC Intake OZ Reed Valve

The OZ Reed Valve is a high-performance CNC reed intake designed for 2-stroke bicycle engines using a 40mm intake stud spacing. Precision-machined construction improves durability, sealing, and appearance while helping improve throttle response and airflow control.

This reed valve uses a 19mm intake configuration and is compatible with many popular 2-stroke engine platforms.

Compatible Engines:

• Zeda 80
• Zeda 100
• Zeda 85
• Phantom 85 V3
• Phantom 85 Wraith
• Other engines using 40mm intake stud spacing

The Phantom 85 Wraith comes stock as a piston port engine using a larger 21mm intake setup with a Dellorto PHBG 21mm carburetor. Because the OZ Reed Valve uses a smaller 19mm intake configuration, airflow and performance characteristics may differ from the stock Wraith setup.

IMPORTANT:

• Requires a compatible windowed piston when used on reed valve engine builds
• Standard non-windowed pistons will NOT work correctly with reed valve induction systems
• Zeda 80 compatible piston: Zeda 80 Windowed Piston Kit
• Phantom compatible piston: Phantom 85 Windowed Piston Kit
• We are currently testing reed valve and carburetor combinations on the Phantom 85 Wraith
• Bolt-on compatibility and final performance results on the Wraith have not yet been officially confirmed
